Police officials would not comment on when the new cases occurred

Weekly dub the killer the Grim Sleeper, although the investigators investigating the case have long been skeptical of the idea that the murderess had taken a break. Police initially speculated the murderess could have been in prison during the opening known as the kill, but this theory has been thrown out, when Franklin was arrested and investigators realized that was not behind bars.

This prompted him to launch a review of unsolved cases and missing persons reports in search of victims who had gone without for Franklin. Franklin has pleaded not guilty and remains in custody. With the 10 murder charges he is accused of a case of attempted murder.

Police officials would not comment on when the new cases occurred, or to disclose the identity of the victims, saying they will discuss in detail during the meeting scheduled Wednesday night at Bethel AME Church, in the district, where Franklin lived and where the murders took place. Franklin's lawyer, thinking Louisa, angrily rebuked the Department plan to report publicly the results of new murders, but did not find the new rates.
